Acharyakulam Celebrates the 78th Independence Day Enthusiastically
The 78 Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp and show, zeal and spirit throughout the length and breadth of Acharyakulam. The main ceremony started at Yog Bhawan of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Phase – 2 by Param Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj and Param Shradheya Acharya Ji Maharaj. The students and teachers pledged their devotion to the country and celebrated the day with traditional enthusiasm. The celebration started with Param Pujya Swamiji Maharaj and Shradheya Acharya Shree unfurling national flag amidst loud cheers. After that the NCC cadets of our school participated in the parade. The school’s budding dancers presented an enthralling dance on a patriotic song creating a hit for a few moments. The patriotic song sung by the school choir group left every spectator spellbound. Dr. Ritambhara Shastri, the vice-chairperson of the school and Acharya Tapas Kumar Bera, the vice-principal of the school were also present on that momentous occasion. The function came to an end with the distribution of sweets and refreshments.
